it's annoying how you act like you know everything and you are always right.

I'm surprised to hear that from a lawyer, "rob666"! I know it is just a lawyer's business to sort out things that came from imprecise formulations and poor preparations with weak points which could be exploited. What is wrong about avoiding from the very beginning the necessity of twisting of words ( or explaining what was meant) in front of a judge by a lawyer you gotta pay for?

If you only give info you really know about and not just blabber dumb about anything that comes around sure it appears that you know everything. Just don't talk about what you don't know anything of. No acting required!

BTW then you also don't need to add your profession, indicating that by the standards of that profession you were supposed to know what you're talking about.
