Tambon Infirmary collects medical data

The Tambon Chan-At Infirmary is passing a list around to collect citizen's data. Already a couple of years ago they checked everybody's blood pressure and wrote it into a list. Looks like they're making new lists now. They started today with entering name and age. Foreigners included.
