I've had a 1000 VA device for about 5 years now. About every two years the batteries (sealed lead-acid) need replacement. I buy those at Amorn, the electronics shop on the left side (from street) of the first floor of
IT Plaza (Nor'East City). An expert is not necessary for replacement, a screwdriver is sufficient.
